Ravens – strong, independent, bold and brave; even as an art form they represent all of this. They are loyal, vocally expressive and intelligent, the perfect sentry for our entrance. Symbolic of the west and open spaces, this metal silhouette guards our gate.
We live remotely and mail is delivered miles away to our Post Office box. The recycled mailbox at our gate is handy – a secure location to leave bake-goods and other items we exchange with the neighbors. It’s very quiet and the views are expansive. To the east and 50 miles away are the Sangre de Christo mountains – the southern end of the Rockies, to the south are the Jemez Mountains and west we enjoy a clear view of Pedernal. The ravens come by frequently, calling out as they fold their wings and flip over in a tight roll. The name of our place is the “Rolling Raven”.

You’ll notice that our cards are intentionally folded offset, allowing for a slight overhang that makes them easy to open. The card fold remains white, adding a touch of elegance to your design. For writing your heartfelt messages, we recommend using a regular ballpoint pen.
