Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shops/sellers have the capacity to choose the best carrier for your shipment and may track your shipment for you and alert you to any delays. We encourage you to stay in contact with your shop/seller to ensure a smooth delivery of your handcrafted item.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates are determined by the shops/sellers. The rates vary from free shipping to flat rate to calculated shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local pickup

You can skip shipping altogether with free local pickup if it is available on your item. Arrangements are made through your shop/seller. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 10 business days. The shop/seller will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on where to pick your item(s) up.

Currently, we do not ship to countries outside the United States of America.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from the shop/seller which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@abiquiuartistsmarket.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Refunds are processed by the shop/seller from whom your purchase was made. Learn more about refunds, returns and exchanges HERE

Shops accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Some items cannot be returned. Learn more HERE

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email the shop/seller as soon as possible and cc us at info@abiquiuartistsmarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are addressed on a case-by-case basis but the shop/seller will try their best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
